Apprentice of the Year 2011
Entries for the Upper South Island AOY Awards closed on Thursday the 30th of June 2011.
Judging was undertaken in August in the Nelson & Marlborough regions by Mark Vining of the NRMBA, Mark Smale from Carters, and Dave Klaui of the BCITO.
The 8 Upper South Island finalists were:

The Awards were held on Wednesday the 7th of September at the Victory Room at the Trafalgar Centre and the MC was Alan Columbus.
The Third Place getter was Thomas Peter, from Blenheim
The Second Place getter was Ben McHaffie, from Nelson

Nick will represent the Upper South Island at the National Awards in Wellington on the 27th and 28th of October. Good luck Nick!
