Of the medals awarded; there were 9 Category winners, 12 Gold Awards, 10 silver and 5 bronze.
A striking three bedroom home in Takaka, an impressive renovation in Moana and the Nelson High District Court redevelopment have been named this year’s top Nelson properties, winning Supreme Awards in the Nelson Region Registered Master Builders Placemakers 2011 House of the Year and RMB Commercial Projects Awards.
